GENERAL RULES AND INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE CANDIDATE
Dear Candidate,
  1. Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ)
  2. We thank you for responding to our Advertisement dated 30/10/2023.
  3. Request for change of written Test Centre/venue will not be entertained.
  4. Admission to the written Test Centre will be on the production of this Admit Card only, duly completed.
  5. Candidate should affix same coloured photograph as submitted while applying, duly self-attested on this Admit Card, in the space provided.
  6. Candidate should carry two identical passport size coloured photograph as affixed on the application form.
  7. Candidate should also bring their Photo ID Proof in original & one photocopy for verification purpose. Photo Id Proof may include any one of the following: (i) Election ID Card, (ii) Pan Card, (iii) Driving License, (iv) Passport, (v) Aadhaar Card, OR Any identity card issued by Govt. Authority. IN ABSENCE OF ORIGINAL PHOTO ID PROOF, CANDIDATE WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO ENTER IN THE TEST CENTRE PREMISES. The Candidate should bring a Passport Size photo & Glue bottle/ Glue Stick for affix photo on the Attendance sheet.
  8. Candidate should report timely as indicated in Admit Card. Candidate coming late will not be permitted to appear in the examination.
  9. Candidates should bring only Blue/Black Ball Point Pen for marking OMR Answer Sheet. Marking with any other type of pen is NOT ALLOWED.
  10. Candidate is not allowed to carry any Papers, Books, Notes etc. in the examination Hall. Use of Calculators, Slide rules, Mobiles, calculator watches or any such devices and any other study/reference material is NOT allowed inside the examination hall. Any Candidate found using, or in possession of such unauthorized material or indulging in copying or adopting unfair means is liable to be summarily disqualified.
  11. Mobiles phones/ Pagers/ Calculators/ Scanning Devices/ Any other electronic gadgets/ Scales/ Algorithm Tables are strictly prohibited inside the examination hall. Test Centre will not be responsible for its safety/ loss. There is no storage arrangement for these items at the Centre.
  12. Please read the instructions on Question Booklet carefully before start of the examination.
  13. All Multiple-Choice Questions carry equal 1 mark. There will be no negative marking for wrong answers. No mark will be awarded or deducted for not attempting a question. Candidate is, therefore, advised to keep this in mind while answering the questions.
  14. The Candidate appearing for the examination should ensure that he/she fulfills the eligibility conditions for admission to the examination. The admission at all stages of the examination for which he/she is admitted viz., Written Test will be purely provisional, subject to his/her satisfying the eligibility conditions. If on verification at any time before or after the Written Test, it is found that the candidate does not fulfill any of the eligibility conditions, his/her candidature for the examination shall stand cancelled without any notice or further reference. Hence the candidate is provisionally permitted to appear for the Written Test. Issue of Admit Card for the Written Test does not confer any right of Acceptance of candidature and should not be construed as an acknowledgement of fulfilling the eligibility criteria.
  15. Traveling & other expenses incurred for attending the written test will be borne by the candidate himself/herself.
  16. Any attempt to influence will lead to disqualification of candidate. Canvassing in any form by the candidate would entail his/her disqualification.
  17. Discrepancies, if any, regarding the candidate’s particular in the Admit Card should be reported by Mail to jobs.hr@tnmhr.com latest by 13/12/2023 before 5.00 PM.
  18. After the commencement of the exam, no candidate will be allowed to leave before expiry of the exam.
  19. Candidate are advised to follow the instruction carefully given by the Supervisor / Invigilator, if not the candidate will be liable to such punishment as decides by Society for TRESP under Tribal Welfare Department (TWD)/ Management. The Candidate creating any obstruction in the work of functionaries or representative of Society for TRESP under Tribal Welfare Department (TWD)/ Management or guilty of any inappropriate behavior will be debarred from the exam with immediate effect.
  20. In case of any inconvenience or complaint at the Examination Centre, the candidate can mail us at jobs.hr@tnmhr.com
  21. This Call letter is subject to verification of your application and is being provisionally issued based on the information submitted by the candidate w.r.t his submission of application form for the above recruitment. If at any stage of time, any discrepancies in any of the eligibility criteria are found, the candidature of the candidate will be cancelled.
  22. Smoking and taking tea/ refreshment etc., by the candidates in the examination hall/room is strictly prohibited.
  23. The attendant/friend/relative is strictly prohibited from entering the examination venue. No grouping allowed, inside or outside area of the examination venue.
  24. Candidate should note that this is purely a contractual engagement by Society for TRESP under Tribal Welfare Department (TWD) in any form this will not be converted as full time Government job.
